With 5 years of practical experience  and over 1,000 hours of training i am here to best serve your needs and goals. I'm certified through the state of CA and certified as a Neuromuscular Therapist through NHI's advanced program. Certified Correct exercise specialist through NASM(national association of sports medicine) and also certified as a fascial stretch practitioner through FST (fascial stretch therapy).  I am trained and skilled in variety of modalities including Deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, shiatsu, swedish and the ability to custom every session to your needs. 

 If your looking to resolve a specific issue whether it be neck pain, frozen shoulder, carpel tunnel, tennis or golfers elbow, increase mobility or just to simply decompress and relax the mind, I'm here to assist you.

Also, I am currently doing house calls only at this moment. My prices will have a little extra commuting fee and will vary depending where you live. My areas of service are Sonoma county and some parts of Marin.
